15 Foods You Should Never Eat In The Morning

5. Fruit juice

Having coffee and orange juice for breakfast is a great idea, right? There is nothing wrong with having a small glass of juice (about 150 ml) as part of a balanced breakfast. If you drink much more than this every day, you will experience problems. Think about oranges: how many could you eat at one time? We guess one or two. You could be consuming twice that amount if you drink a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (either yourself or from a store). Like any other fruit used to make juice, oranges are healthy. They are rich in vitamin C, minerals and vitamins. But they also contain fructose, a sugar found in fruit. In other words, if you consume one or two oranges, you are not consuming much fructose. When you consume more than four oranges in one sitting, only as a drink, you are consuming more sugar than you think. If we drink fruit juice only for breakfast, we are likely to be hungry very soon afterward. Because you're not consuming the pulp, fruit juices also remove the fiber from the fruit. Fiber is important for intestinal health. So eat whole fruits and avoid fruit juices that contain added sugars!
