7. Carolina Dog

Carolina Dogs, also called American Dingoes, arrived in North America with early humans and have lived in the wild for thousands of years. Some still roam free in the Carolinas today. They are cautious with newcomers but become loyal pack members once accepted. With a medium build, pointed ears, and a fish-hook tail, they resemble their wild ancestors. Carolina Dogs are known for their pack behavior and problem-solving abilities. Properly socialized, they become devoted and affectionate family pets. Their high energy and natural hunting instincts make them perfect for active owners who can provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
