19. Curing those hemorrhoids
There is nothing more embarrassing or painful than having hemorrhoids. Use some banana peels and about a teaspoon of witch hazel in your blender to make a paste. Soak a clean gauze strip in the mixture and apply it to the affected area for about 30 minutes. Witch hazel and natural astringent components can help reduce swelling and pain, as well as cleanse the area.
