A mystery to solve
The firefighters were puzzled by the situation. How did these tiny animals get trapped under a storm grate? Their presence in such a harsh place seemed impossible. Another troubling question lingered: where was their mother? Had she gone for food, or had something happened to her? These questions added an emotional layer to the mission.
